Get set up. Get back to work.

A quick guide to your first customer estimate.

1. Verify your email and subscribe

Enter your email on the signup page, open the sign-in link, and add your name and company. Choose a plan and complete Stripe checkout. Keep the confirmation page open while your subscription is verified.

2. Review your price book

The starter catalog contains example costs, not live distributor prices. Review or replace them in Equipment. For a CSV import, download the template, keep the column headings, enter your costs and preview the import. Matching category, brand and model entries are updated. Invalid rows are reported.

3. Confirm company details and pricing

In Settings, enter the email and phone number customers should use to reach you. Set your modeled hourly labor cost and markup multiplier. Check the pricing-review box once your equipment costs and assumptions are ready. A 1.50 multiplier is 50% markup, not 50% margin.

4. Invite your team

The owner can invite technicians from Team. Each person signs in using the invited email within seven days. Pending invitations count toward the plan limit. You can resend an invitation or remove access from Team. The owner counts as one team member.

5. Send an estimate

Open Mobile Lookup, select the right equipment and review the line items. Add customer details and any scope notes, then send. Start by sending a test estimate to your own inbox. Sending is enabled after the owner confirms pricing in Settings.

If an estimate email fails

Go to Estimates and use Send / retry email on the saved draft. Do not create several copies. A provider-accepted email is shown as sent, but this does not prove inbox delivery or that the customer has read it. Download a PDF as an alternative. If a delivery remains uncertain for more than 23 hours, contact support with the estimate number before sending another.

Manage billing or cancel

Use Manage Subscription in Settings, or Manage billing on the subscription page. You can update a payment method, view invoices and cancel using Stripe. After payment recovery, return to the subscription page to refresh access. Only the company owner can manage billing.

Usage and feature limits

Starter includes up to 10 total team members; Growth includes up to 25. Each company can make 100 estimate email attempts and 100 optional AI requests per day, resetting at the database's day boundary. Standard keyword lookup and PDF downloads do not consume AI requests. An internet connection is required. Accounting sync, automatic follow-ups and photo identification are not included.
