The starter catalog contains examples. Review or replace the costs, set your labor assumptions and confirm your pricing before sending customer quotes.
What happens after I subscribe?
Review the starter catalog or import a CSV, add your company contact details, and set labor and markup in Settings. Confirm your pricing, then send a test estimate to yourself. Invite technicians when the book is ready.
Do technicians need an app?
HVACPrice works in a phone browser with an internet connection. Search the company price book, add equipment and review an estimate before sending.
Can I use it with my existing office software?
You can keep your existing office workflow and use HVACPrice for pricing and estimates. Dispatching, accounting sync and offline access are not included.
Is there a free trial? How do I cancel?
There is no free trial. Try the example on this page and the free calculator before subscribing. Manage your payment details and cancellation through Manage Subscription in Settings.
